These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 1810 Web Design LLC's website and services. By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms.

Custom Website Development
We build tailored, high-performance websites designed to fit your business needs and goals.

Website Redesign & SEO
We enhance and optimize existing websites with modern design improvements and SEO strategies to boost visibility.

Website Maintenance
We provide ongoing support, updates, and security monitoring to ensure websites remain functional and secure.

Design Services
We offer branding and digital design solutions, including UI/UX design and graphic design for online platforms.


3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Provide necessary materials (logos, content, images) within the agreed timeframe. Failure to do so may directly affect the project timeline.
Review and approve designs within the set timeline.
Adhere to the payment terms outlined in the agreement.


4. Payments, Hosting & Domain
Payments are due as per the contract terms.

Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances stated in individual agreements.

Hosting and domain costs are not included in the project quote. These services remain under the client’s responsibility and must be purchased separately.

The website development is a one-time payment, and once delivered, it remains fully under the client's control.

Hosting Performance Disclaimer:
If the client chooses a hosting provider different from the one we recommend and it results in poor performance (e.g., slow speed, frequent downtimes), the project timeline may be affected. Any additional hours required to address hosting-related issues will be billed separately.


5. Website Responsiveness & Testing Period

All websites are designed to be fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience on both desktop and mobile devices.

We ensure that the website functions correctly upon delivery.

A 15-day testing period is provided after final delivery, during which the client may request simple changes, such as text modifications or image replacements.


6. Intellectual Property

Clients own all content provided by them but grant us the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.


7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Third-party service failures (hosting providers, payment gateways).

Data loss due to client actions or third-party interference.


8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates these Terms.


9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].
